Please note this is the general process for an ADHD evaluation, regardless of the provider you are going to work with. The prices per specific provider are below in this email. If you are going to continue with our office for medication management after the ADHD assessment, you would want to schedule the 10-minute consult and the initial appointment with the provider you’d continue to care with. Please go by these guidelines unless your provider advises otherwise.
